accomplished by direct collaboration between the customer and Mike
Stysley, president of Stysley Homes. You may customize one of our
designs, use your own plans, or have us design a home that is uniquely
yours. Whatever design you choose, Mike Stysley will work closely with
you at every stage of the planning and construction process. Most
importantly, Mike Stysley will build your home: not a field supervisor,
not a partner, not the subcontractors, not some one you don't
personally know. This is how Stysley Homes will insure the quality and
value expectations that you demand, expect, and deserve.
GUARANTEE
Stysley Homes has the typical industry warranties and
customer service follow-up procedures that most homebuilders supply,
but as an advantage of the exceptional service that comes of dealing
directly with the builder, you will have Mike Stysley's home and cell
phone, not a service department number. Our guarantee is simply that
Stysley Homes is not satisfied until you are satisfied.
